About the projects

Led by Yorkshire-based band Hope & Social, ‘A Band Anyone Can Join’ took place during the summer of 2015 and involved a series of workshops with schools and community groups across Adur, culminating in a grand final performance on Shoreham’s Coronation Green. The project was extremely well received and resulted in over 80 participants playing together on stage.
The project brought together several different groups in Adur to participate in making and creating music together. The end result was a memorable, fun experience for all involved. The project was kindly supported by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund and Arts Council England.
