About this event
‘The feel-good Irish movie of its year'
In 1980s Dublin, teenager Conor is having to cope with difficult family relationships and a move to a new school. His life begins to change when he meets Raphina, but his chat-up line was to ask her to act in a video for his band… only he isn't in a band.
With the help of his best mate, the band is hastily put together amongst musically talented school friends and soon they, and the video, are ready to go. Trouble is, Conor isn't the only fella in Raphina's life.
Will they get together at the band’s first big gig and sort their troubled lives out?
