Dame Harriet Walter, renowned for her wonderful portrayals in Succession, Killing Eve and – most recently – Brian and Maggie, among many others, is one of Britain’s most acclaimed Shakespearean actors. Now, having played most of the Bard’s female characters, she lets them speak their minds in her new book – She Speaks!
Dame Harriet Walter will be discussing her book, re-imagining Shakespeare’s women, with journalist and author Denise Tyler. There will be a Q and A, plus a book signing.

His psychological insight is second to none, but the mirror that he held up to nature reflected a predominantly male image of the world.
